Cold Hands & Feet

Natural solutions to improve circulation and feel warmer naturally.

Traditional Wisdom

In traditional Chinese wellness, cold hands and feet are often seen as a sign of "insufficient warmth circulation" - like a room where the heating system isn't reaching all the corners. The body's energy (often called "Qi") and blood circulation may need support to reach the extremities.

Note: This is traditional wellness wisdom, not medical advice. If you have severe or persistent symptoms, please consult a healthcare professional.

Warming Foot Bath

20 min treatment Relaxing

What You Need:

  • Foot basin or bucket
  • Fresh ginger (50g) or ginger powder
  • Hot water (40-45°C / 104-113°F)
  • Towel and warm socks

Method:

  1. 1. Slice or crush ginger, boil in 2L water for 5 min
  2. 2. Mix ginger water with cool water to reach comfortable temperature
  3. 3. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes (water above ankles)
  4. 4. Dry thoroughly, put on warm socks immediately
  5. 5. Best done before bed, 3-4 times per week

Why It Works:

The feet have many acupuncture points connected to the whole body. Warmth from the ginger water stimulates these points, promoting overall circulation. The warmth also relaxes muscles and prepares the body for restful sleep.
